Spring landscaping reminder
All residents are reminded that lawn maintenance must be completed by May 1st. Grass height may not exceed 4 inches per community standards.
April 2, 2026
Annual meeting — May 15th at 7:00 PM
Board elections, budget review, and proposed bylaw amendments at the Maplewood Community Center. All residents welcome.
March 20, 2026
Pool opening — Memorial Day weekend
Pool passes must be renewed by May 10th to avoid a late fee. Contact the management office to update your household's passes.

About Maplewood Estates

Maplewood Estates is a planned residential community of 312 single-family homes established in 1998. The community is governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors.

Our mission is to maintain property values, preserve community aesthetics, and foster a welcoming neighborhood. The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM.
